Due to the tailored nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted in the rare case that the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
• All tags and packaging must be intact.
• The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for returning the item for exchange unless the product is defective.

Items made through private fitting or custom measurements are not eligible for exchange or return.
